Vodafone ha avviato la cessione del ramo d'azienda delle field operations a Ericsson. Si tratta dei 335 super-tecnici che si occupano della manutenzione dei network e non di tutti i tecnici di rete del gruppo, che sono complessivamente 2mila, su un totale di 8mila dipendenti. La procedura di consultazione sindacale non è ancora stata avviata e non c'è neppure una data ma il segretario nazionale della Slc-Cgil, Alessandro Genovesi, promette battaglia: "Riteniamo che al momento non ci siano le condizioni per trattare - spiega Genovesi - ed è per questo che stiamo aprendo le procedure di sciopero per tutto il gruppo con il blocco delle prestazioni straordinarie, della reperibilità e del programmato notturno".
Interpellata dal Sole 24 Ore, Vodafone ha fatto sapere: "Garantiremo uno sviluppo solido e sostenibile dell’azienda nel prossimo futuro, mantenendo stabili gli attuali livelli di investimenti, senza pregiudicare l'occupazione e valorizzando lo sviluppo delle competenze nel mercato del lavoro. La proprietà e la gestione della rete è, e resterà, asset fondamentale della nostra strategia in Italia, come dimostra il piano di investimenti di oltre 1 miliardo di euro annunciato nel 2010 e finalizzato a estendere la copertura della banda larga via radio in tutta Italia".

Anche questa volta i lavoratori incassano con il benestare dei sindacati, che fanno finta di alzare la voce, ma in realtà si sono da tempo accordati col padrone?
Ericsson si è presa questi lavoratori oppure una controllata di una controllata della Ericsson? Così come accadde ai tecnici rete della 3...
Il problema è a monte fino a quando non verrà modificata la legge 30 c'è poco da fare, sono tutte parole al vento.
Vodafone è una multinazionale che come tutte le altre fanno business e qualsiasi operazione che aumenta la divisione degli utili per gli azionisti consentita dalla legge va bene.
